How Bookbreaker is paid

The Mac app is free and always has been. This page says how the business is paid, and what that means for the links on this site.

Today

No sportsbook, exchange or fantasy site pays Bookbreaker today. Links to books go through our own router so that clicks can be counted, and they open the book’s ordinary public page. If that changes, this page changes first.

What a paid link looks like

A link that can pay is marked Ad beside the button, carries the sponsored link attribute that search engines ask for, and sits under a disclosure on the page. We name the books we have an arrangement with, and we say that a fee is paid when someone signs up.

What payment does not change

The order of offers is by what you keep after hedging, worked out by the same engine the app uses, and it ignores who pays us. A book that is not licensed in your state is never linked for your state. Paid buttons stay away from the step-by-step hedge instructions, and the arithmetic is the same whether a book pays or not.
