The states with only one sportsbook
Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon and Rhode Island each licensed a single online operator as of 2026-08-17. They share a page because they share the consequence.
No paid links on this page. The sportsbook links below are ordinary links and earn us nothing. If that changes, this notice changes with it.
One book means no line to shop
Every edge this site measures comes from a disagreement between prices. Arbitrage needs two books to disagree enough to cover the margin; +EV betting needs a price that is better than the consensus. With one operator there is no second price, so there is no disagreement to find and no best price to take — you get the number you are given.
What is still worth doing
Prediction markets are regulated federally rather than by any state, so they reach these markets too, and they never limit a winning account. They are also the only way to see a second price on the same event from inside a single-operator state.
