Sports betting by state
Every state, every licensed sportsbook covering it, and the column no other guide prints: which of them limit accounts that win. Read 2026-08-17.
No paid links on this page. The sportsbook links below are ordinary links and earn us nothing. If that changes, this notice changes with it.
Why the state you are in decides your edge
Line shopping is the largest edge available to an ordinary bettor, and it is bounded entirely by how many venues will take your money where you stand. A bettor with nine books and a bettor with two are not running the same strategy with different intensity; they are running different strategies, and most betting advice is written without saying which one it assumes.
So each page below leads with the count, with which of those books limit accounts that win, and with which books operate elsewhere but not there.
